One on one coaching is for experienced leaders and/or leaders new to their role who want to expand their impact and ability to connect, build capacity and communicate powerfully with direct reports and staff. Given that the central core
of effective leadership is authenticity (Cashman, 1998) throughout this process, strengths, core values, expertise, vision and intentions are identified, claimed and mobilized.
One on one leadership coaching is often part of a larger program within an organization. Kate's leadership coaching supports current principles of effective professional development, given that it is job-embedded, context specific and results driven.
Kate's approach is firmly anchored in a model that supports an individual's growth from the inside-out, to ensure that the client, the larger context and collective that surrounds them and the results they are wanting are aligned. Kate's experience and research in the area of leadership and organizational development informs her coaching and is shared with clients. More specifically, throughout this co-created process coach and client

and courageous conversations

As with all coaching, support over time is vital in achieving desired results and securing lasting change. The number of sessions is dependent upon the scope of the work and the client's desire for change.
